Activity Format These activities follow a similar format. To become familiar with the way they are arranged, check out this page. Forested Lands Activity This is a great place to be if you want to detail one or more ecoregions of Saskatchewan. Get creative and try all three activities, each one allowing you the opportunity to show off your 'artistic side'. Waterworks Activity Do you like constructing things? Part of this activity allows you to build a tree model to show water movement. But, try not to cheat... remember that plants are not equiped with technological gadgetry. Tree Planting Activity Take a look outside. Is there an area that coould be enhanced by planting a tree or two? This activity allows you to become involved in the planning process of reforestation. And, you may get the chance to increase the amount of green in your surroundings.

Field Trip Activity Take a walk and discover the forest around your area. Or, look at the other neat options (in case you live on the bald prairie). Biosphere Activity Here is a chance to use your imagination. You will become a biospherian (check out the meaning when you get there) and plan the needs of a biome. How Trees Grow Activity Have you ever wondered how a tree comes to life after a very long, cold winter? You will get a chance to witness the 'emergence' of life from a seemingly 'dead' branch. Some advanced preparation is required... Try the second option too.
