Rowans Ravine Provincial Park lies on the eastern shore of Last Mountain Lake, with a natural inlet and marina facilities. It is a relatively small recreational park, 270 hectares in all, and the beach is protected. This lake, with its long and narrow body of water that forms a good part of the Qu'Appelle Valley basin, is called 'Long Lake' by local residents and ardent fishermen. People come to the park to enjoy motor boating, sailing, swimming and fishing.
